Keep your synced portal data current, and see what’s actually happening inside a connected portal.
Manual sync
Open any object section (Properties, Workflows, Segments, Forms, Custom Objects) for a connected portal and click the sync button to pull the latest data from HubSpot on demand.
Scheduled sync
- Go to Settings → Sync schedules.
- Set an interval per portal, per object type — every 6hrs, 12hrs, daily, every 3 days, weekly, or disabled.
- Template Manager syncs automatically on that schedule from then on.
Heads up: We’ve built this sync to be API-friendly. Syncing properties takes a single API call, while other objects require one API call per record for the initial sync. Future syncs only trigger API calls for records that have been created or modified since the last sync.
Analysis
A connected portal’s Analysis page shows property fill rates, active vs. inactive workflow references, property usage across workflows and segments, and where custom code actions show up in your automations — all read directly from the latest sync.
